Listings Disappeared (Active + Inactive) — Need Help

A few weeks ago, I received a trademark violation related to a celebrity's merchandise. After that, I responsibly rebranded my entire shop — I deactivated all old listings that could possibly be flagged and shifted fully to digital SVG designs focused on couple-themed content (like “His Queen / Her King”).

Since rebranding:

• I switched all listings from physical to digital.

• I uploaded only original, risk-free SVG files.

• But suddenly, 6 inactive listings and 2 active listings have disappeared, even though I took no manual action.

I didn’t delete or edit anything — they were just gone. One listing now says “Deactivated from Etsy,” and the rest are missing. I’ve already emailed Etsy support, but haven’t heard back yet.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this some glitch or part of the new listing form rollout?

To the best of my knowledge, Etsy doesn't delete our listings, it deactivates them.

I'm not sure that's true...I have had listings that I deactivated myself and they are no longer there....gone

My listings are showing in the finance tab, with listing numbers but not in the listings tab 
But when I click on them, it says "item is not available"
I shared the link to Pinterest of one of the active listings that disappeared
It says the same thing
Etsy support hasn't replied its been 24 hours

Listings do disappear - one of my best-selling breadbasket liners was in the expired file.  I have sold more than a half-dozen of this item and when I went to renew the listing, it was gone.  Just to be sure, I also checked the inactive file.  Not there either.

Knowing that I could renew the listing from the Sold file, I went there and much to my surprise, it says "Sorry this item is unavailable."

What?  This is a staple fabric in my other shop and I have sold many of this item - I WOULD NEVER DELETE THE LISTING - I have been selling it now this makes the third year.

This is just a plain breadbasket liner and I loved the photo that I have used for all this time.  Now, I have to take new photos.  Not my favorite thing to do!

This is not the first listing that I have had to disappear...just the most important one!

I just opened my shop a month ago, so my listings couldn't have expired, and I did not delete them because why would someone delete their own listing that they already paid for?
Did you contact Etsy support or find any solution to this problem?
It's very disheartening to put so much effort in making a design or something, and they just make it disappear like it never existed 
I've sent Etsy support an email, it's been 24 hours still no response

Yes. This just happened to me, also. Dozens of missing listings that I have PAID for. What the heck???

Listings can still be pulled by Etsy after they have been deactivated by you. It can happen days, months or years after you’ve deactivated them.

Your items may have been reported as illegal counterfeits and Etsy is just now getting around to pulling them.

That is the consequence of breaking the rules.

Others have reported missing listings in the past few weeks.

Etsy is making some major testing any changes behind the scenes.

They may fix it eventually, it may just fix itself.

Etsy support helped me out and i got my listings back

The items missing are my vintage upcycled denim jackets and strictly handmade jewelry that I've been making and selling on Etsy since 2008. No rules broken here. Hopefully the glitches will correct themselves.
