There is some glitches in the new listing form. If you can try going back to the old listing form which we can still do for a few days. Earlier this week I was trying to renew some sold out listings and some expiring ones. It wouldn't let me no matter what I tried. Banner said if issue continued to contact support which I did. I had been using old form and suddenly had been switched to new one. Lady that called me back couldn't figure out why I couldn't renew anything either, finally she told me to go back to old form which I did and it still wouldn't let me do anything. She finally admitted there were glitches she couldn't figure out and that she would refer it to technical. I didn't hear back from them but after a couple of days I could renew items and we listed some new items last evening I had been working on in drafts. Have a few more to list which I'm going to do today while it seems to be working okay.
To contact support I used the help button and kept playing around till I got the I still need help button and clicked it and ask for a call back which I received in about a minute. The options coming up at first weren't helpful, but I kept trying till finally got the I Still Need Help and clicked it.
