Listing stopped being indexed, 99% drop of traffic by search

Hello everyone. Since the beginning of january kaya movement shop have seen the traffic getting from 5k to 1k, with no traffic from etsy search, the traffic from ads have also dropped to 0.

It makes me believe that the shop is no longer indexed (when searching for an item on my shop search bar, no product is displayed)

It is impossible to contact etsy to get this issue fix.

I'm running in circle and i ask the community for help.

Does anybody can see my shop on the search result ?

also i lost the star seller badge the first december '24 but the visits dropped to 0 in january, can it be related (kind of a shadowban or deactivated shop?)

You are correct - your shop is not indexed.

Your shop is not indexed.  You will need to talk to Etsy.  

Use chat or contact us.  It's easy to contact Etsy.  Even the help pages have a contact support button.

There is no phone number if that is what you are looking for,  You need to give Etsy your phone number if you want them to call you.

@SecondStoryLane Your shop is indexed.  You can check by putting something of yours in your shop's search box, like vase, and every listing that uses that word will appear.  You search your shop name but putting it in the Etsy search box.  There will be a dropdown that says ''find shop names that contain ____'' and clicking that will show your shop and possibly other shops that have some of those same words.

In the Search Bar, type a Shop's Name. At the bottom of the Bar, it will say something like, "Find Shop.....Name?" Select that and you will see the Shop. (I will try it now for your Shop).

ETA: I typed your Shop Name into the Search Bar (upper/lower case does not matter. I used lower case). It said "Find shop names containing...Name"? I selected it and your Shop came up. If you were not Indexed, your Shop would not come up.

Another way you can tell; in your Shop Front, copy/paste one of your listing Titles in the Shop Search Bar. If it comes up, you are Indexed.

Your shop IS indexed. I searched for Alien Xenomorph Silver Ring and it was on the first page of search.
