Hi all—my jewelry listing was removed for a Handmade Policy violation. I design the pieces myself in AZ, and use a disclosed production partner for casting. I handle photography, and shipping. I’ve compiled proof (design files, process photos, RAW images, invoices) and submitted an appeal.
If a Community Manager can escalate to Trust & Safety, I’d be grateful. I’m confident I meet Etsy’s handmade and production-partner rules and would appreciate a second look. Thanks so much.

@Wishlilly How long ago did you submit an appeal?
Just a note - we are only other sellers here, not "Community Managers".
You need to contact Etsy through your Seller Dashboard if you want to talk to Etsy Help.
It is most likely that your photos have been stolen by wholesale sites like Alibaba and Temu.
Etsy has automatic bots that look for matches on these sites, and when matches are found, listings are removed.
You must reverse-image search the photos from the listing that were taken down and then file DMCA take down notices against the thieves.
Only then can you file appeals.
Good luck.
What a mess. Thank you!
