GST NOT GETTING UPDATED

Hello, 
I have been selling on etsy since 2021 and recently my account got suspended due to which i have stopped receiving orders.
Etsy wanted a update on my gst but i am unable to put my gst details as it says the gst number is inactive, in real the gst number is active.

Please provide the solution how can i update my gst number on etsy.

I am from India.

What Does Etsy Withhold and Remit to Indian Tax Authorities? – Etsy Help

Did you check to see if the GSTIN is still active?  Etsy says to check with the India Tax Authority.
