One of my listings has been removed by Etsy for Violation of Etsy’s Creativity Standards. I have been selling this necklace for years on Etsy with no problem. I am getting the run around with emails that tell me nothing and do not explain why this item is in violation. There are multiple shops that are selling this same necklace and getting there components from the same production partner that I do and yet they are still selling this item in there shops.

Most likely, Etsy's bots found your item being sold on Temu or Aliexpress.
If your production partner is selling it to everyone, you can't sell it here - it has to be unique.
Even "charm on a chain" items have been deactivated.
Reverse image search your item's photos and see if it is being used elsewhere.
If it is, issue the proper DMCA take down notices.
THEN contact Etsy and see if the item can be relisted with proof that YOU alone make it.
Good luck.
I looked, and your "Mountain Necklace" photograph is on Temu, Amazon, Myinstamojo.com, and Shein.
Expect more take downs in the future.

I only sell my mountain necklace on Etsy. My pictures are my own originals. I have had problems with people stealing my photos before but they still use them. I have no control over it so what am I suppose to do?
You MUST protect your intellectual property (photos) or Etsy will continue to take down YOUR items, thinking you are reselling.
If you don't have time, hire a company to do it for you.
I see you list Nina Designs as a production partner? Do they actually produce your items or are they more of a supplier? I think you should be listing your items as "assembled by" or "sourced by" instead of "made by". Most of your items appear to be components from Nina Designs, and that's not a problem as long as your listing is properly marked.
I've used some Nina components in the past, repurposing a charm onto a ring, but I would not list them as a production partner. Hope this makes sense. I'm sure there are other here that can better explain the listing designation.
Nina Designs is a supplier and also designs and produces there charms in Bali.
So, why are you listing them as a production partner? I use RioGrande as one of my major suppliers, but I don't list them as a production partner.
Maybe since you have them listed as your partner, Etsy sees that as reselling, because they do sell finished products as well.
WPshoppe is correct, several sellers have reported several Violation of Etsy’s Creativity Standards removals and some even had their shop closed down.
When you looked at the shop a listings, it was not always clear as to why, then a pattern started emerging.
They were mostly listing their items in the "Made by" section, when they were not.
I just added the production partner because I thought that maybe that was the problem. Etsy removed the listing before I added it. Etsy will not tell me why they took the listing off so I have no idea what the reason was and why. I have sent multiple emails to Etsy regarding this and they just tell me that the listing can not be reactivated.
I as well as other sellers should be able to talk to Etsy Support (real person on the phone). No disrespect to Etsy, but I work hard and Etsy has no problem taking our chunk of fees, but we basically have no support or detailed explanation. If they do not tell me exactly why they removed the listing then how am I suppose to make sure my other listings are safe and that they do not remove those also.
I appreciate everyones advise and opinions. Thank you!
