Listing removed 3rd time by bot, last time I wait 6 weeks for activation

It’s happening again—the same listing is removed for the third time in two years.

Twice before, I got an apology from Etsy’s Trust & Safety team but no real answer on how to prevent this and protect my work.

My design is being copied by hundreds of sellers on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Wish, Joom, Walmart, Alibaba, and more. I’ve reported over 200 shops, but it’s too time-consuming across so many platforms.

Etsy advises against watermarks—I added them too late. I’ve submitted proof, including raw images, IP registration (Etsy, August 2022), and a video of me making the earrings.

Last time, Etsy took no action for six weeks until I posted about it here and wrote some hard truths about Etsy.

I was banned from using the forum by Etsy for a few days, but the listing was reinstated the same day.

I hope this time they will act faster.
