Listing not saving

Twice I've tried to list a big SVG bundle, and it looks like it saved but when I clicked on it it states 'not available', and is not found in my shop.  This happened in two different browsers.  I spent a lot of time writing these up.  What's going on?

I'm having a similar issue I think.  Trying to change my featured listings, it shows as changed in shop manager, but not in my shop. Even after refreshing the browser.

@GlowYourDesign  Make sure you are not being charged for the listing.

Update: I received an email that it was automatically deactivated by Etsy because it was flagged as counterfeit Guess it's the waiting game.
