Hello, i sent an email 2 days ago to SUPPORT, but seems no 1 is answering :(. The problem that im having is that my 2 last listings are not getting indexed, as you can check it.
My shop is: https://rebelartdigital.etsy.com;
And the 2 listings are: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4325587339/9-dinosaur-cute-watercolor-png-baby
and this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4324812569/teddy-bears-bundle-original-pack-digital
Please, im not creating new listings because i guess it will happen again.
I searced the first one and it shows up on page one
So, why im not able to see any related category there? Like the typical: " Digital Download" bubbles and stuff like that
That has nothing to do with a listing being indexed for search.
I mean, im not here to discuss that, we obviously have different points of view, and thanks you for the advices. But, i have to say, that means a lot bc the algorythm do that by your SEO (title, tags, desc, category) and i guarantee this is 100% this way. That's why i do not know why the last 2 listings are doing this strange behaviour.
Said this, could you explain me then why its happening?
The dinosaur does show up when doing an Etsy search, but when putting ''dinosaur'' in your shop's search box, no results show.
The teddy bear listing does show up when doing an in-shop search, but there are too many to scroll thru when doing a site wide search. I didn't go past the 4th page. That doesn't mean it's not out there somewhere.
I did notice that you're not using tags tho and possibly not drilling down the chosen category other than 'craft supplies & tools.
You should remove any Pikachu listings before they are removed for you.
First, thanks, i'll remove pikachu. Second, thats what im trying to say, i did all 13 tags, i can not paste imgs here but these 2 listings have the all 13 tags, as all my listings :S
Your shop is incomplete and you're infringing on others' intellectual property and it looks like you're using AI to make your work and not divulging that. Any or all of those reasons may have something to do with it.
@rebelArtDigital: You can check to see if a listing is indexed by searching for it within your shop.
"That's why i do not know why the last 2 listings are doing this strange behaviour." There are many reasons why a specific listing may not show up in site wide search. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in search.
The listings are there. Sometimes it takes a day or two at times. It should be immediate or only a few hours but there have been times when it takes longer.
Mine just disappeared randomly when I’m in good standing and no outstanding fees or complaints. No chargeback 103 of listings are gone
