Listing issue

Hi

I listed 2 vintage French enamel kitchen utensils yesterday and did it the way I always have for 4 years. Now when I go on to my shop to make adjustments to the listing I can't as I get a message saying Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region.

Does anyone know why?

I have created another listing since I did the utensils and its fine!

No, a ladle and a strainer.

I suspect Etsy (bots) thinks it's a knife for some reason. Knives are restricted in the UK. 

Maybe try adding different photos (perhaps holding the handle) so it doesn't look like a knife. IDK - I'm just guessing here. Something in the listing is triggering the restriction.

That's probably what it is as I called them 'Vintage French enamel utensils' when I listed them first. I'll probably just cancel the listing and photgraph them again as you suggest.

Hi not all knives are banned in the UK I have sold personalized wedding knives and servers in the UK for years but I tried to create a new listing yesterday and I am getting the same. Tried Etsy support but they kept quoting their policies to me (they policies day that kitchen utensils are allowed) Its really annoyed when it is allowed under their policies but the bot says no!
