I'm reaching out on behalf of my team from a different account regarding our Etsy shop to discuss an issue we're facing. Our account was suspended over two months ago for a violation concerning handmade items. We've made multiple appeals, including one with the reference number #16546219, and supplied all the required details to the Etsy team, but we've not heard back on the most recent information we provided to Etsy for more than a month.
We're proud of our dedication to quality, a fact that's evident from our 2525 reviews, all of which are 5-star ratings. We've submitted several proofs that our products are handmade and have addressed any necessary concerns brought up and ready to provide any additional document that is required. We're looking for help to get this situation resolved and would deeply appreciate any support.
