Very flustered. Someone reported a listing of mine today (that I designed from scratch on Illustrator) and it was inactivated. I won’t give out details in order to comply with rules but let’s just say it was not a legit business or company that reported it so I have no idea why Etsy doesn’t have a stricter filtering process for these “reports” and who they are coming from. Anyways, I now have customers who purchased this listing messaging me that they are blocked from downloading because the files aren’t available, after already processing the order. Please help!
Micheal Meyers, Reading Rainbow, Vampire Diaries... your shop is a sitting duck unless you have paid for legal licensing, and can PROVE it.

The report can be from a legitimate source, or from a competitor, and there is literally nothing you can do about it... unless you have legal licensing. You may be living on borrowed time.
so, refund those customers. Pray that no one provides a DMCA for other items in your shop. Deactivate anything that has any connection to the IP of any other company. And have a good rethink.
that's my suggestion. You do you.
Well, you do have quite a few trademarked items in your shop.
Companies often use agents to search for infringement and to issue take down notices. You need to apologize to your customers who have been affected by the take down and refund their money. Check all your listings for issues. It's a good bet that Vampire Diaries is trademarked.
What it for IP infringement? How do you know it wasn't a "legit" business that reported it? Many IP holders utilize outside companies to monitor for infringements.
If it was infringing and deactivated you need to refund those customers. Just because you design something yourself doesn't mean it wasn't infringing. Many companies have gone to hiring infringement enforcement companies to search for infringement and file DMCAs. That said yes there can be false filings. What was the subject of the deactivated file?
There are quite a few live trademarks for Griswold and I assume copyrights too.

you need to refund.
this is not a technical issue.
