I have a problem with my listing having no views after more than 1 month after reopening. I am frustrated even after I started etsy ads campaign and things are still same, no clicks. There is a technical problem with my shop .The account settings are good and verified. If i go to seller forums to read an article it gives "access denied"for no reason. I also have 2 other shops and they are working ok.It seems chat feature is not helpful I tried many times .
Thanks @Delphisoaps for your report!

Your shop is indexed so there's not a technical problem with your shop.
If I search for a word in your titles like fig I get 1 result, if I search for soap I get all 4 of your listings.
With only 4 items it's going to be hard to be found and even harder with your titles and there's a LOT of soap listed here.
1,000's and 1,000's of results for handmade soap.
You have "no" space before and after the / and the - so search will read all those works mashed together that makes no sense.
It's best to use a comma after a word and a space.
You repeat soap multiple times, once is enough.
Some words in your titles I doubt anyone would use to search for soap.
Example: ideal for travel, new home celebration. treat your skin to pure natural goodness, gifts under 15 are a few.
Titles should state what the item is, color, fragrance, size, who is it for.
What words would you use to search if looking for soap? I doubt you'd search for "ideal for travel" or other info that is irrelevant to soap.
Etsy ads won't help unless you have good titles and tags.
ETA Get rid of the medical / healing claims since you can't make medical or healing claims.
You have "stress relief" in one title, that's a no no and if Etsy removes for violating the TOU's, that's a black mark against your shop.
Thank you for your tips. Yes they are not perfect still improving. But the forum for seller articles is still not accessible ,so there is a technical problem.
That access denied has been ongoing at least since last year.
It wouldn't have anything to do with you not getting views on your 4 items though.
A lot of posts about it, just search the technical forums for "access denied".
Here's one that states "send an email to community@etsy.com and they'll fix it".

As VintageNCtreasures mentioned, fix the titles so that the search engine can decipher them. Use short phrases that a buyer might use in a search. I doubt anyone will use ''housewarming gift'' or ''treat your skin...'' when looking for soap. Also, don't repeat the same words like soap in titles. You should remove ''stress relief'' from the Guava title since it's a medical claim,
I realize you're including the shipping amounts into the soaps' prices, but seeing $12.99 for one bar may deter buyers from clicking on it in a search. Shops that sell soaps tend to sell more than one in an order, so buyers know they'll be paying for full shipping on each bar when they see free shipping. Use a profile that has enough shipping $ for one bar and in the ''with another item'' box add the extra amount you'll need if they buy 2 or more in one order.
Thank you very much for your help . Yes I fixed the stress relief wording and also I will look into lowering prices now. I really appreciate your detail help.
