All of the sudden, my listings to not fit in the template!!! Now, they all look too large, and very unprofessional. What is happening? I am so tired of being a Guinea pig for Etsy. This is something that does not need to be messed with!
@FreshLavenderDesigns Etsy announced that they were making these changes recently, try going to one of your listings and then into edit your listing go to the first picture and click on the crop icon and then you will be able to edit the picture to a 1:1 ratio save it and then publish it then refresh the page and look at it again from your shops home page and see if that helps. what I have found is that If you have already heavily cropped the picture you have uploaded this might not work.
I made some square recently. 1800 x 1800, even though they are recommending 2000 wide. those photos are still squished and cut off at the sides. look like $hit but there's not a lot we can do. The whole front page looks crammed and squished. ugly!
