Listing form wont let me list vintage items today

Just a message to Etsy as Chat was completely unhelpful

Please let your IT team know that I can’t list Vintage items today. The only options the system give me are I made it or a member of my shop made it. No option for someone else to have made it

Please can you fix your system so I can list items and earn you revenue. As it is, you have lost today’s listing opportunities which will go elsewhere….

@thatregina if your chat team had proper management this kind of message wouldn’t be necessary. All I asked Chat for was for my problem to be raised with IT and a response given when the problem was fixed. Not hard to do if you have proper processes

Did you try deleting cookies & cache of your browser?
Did you try a different browser?

I created a new listing, the option to say it is vintage is gone. Can select a year that it was made. Same thing happens when I copy an old listing.

From my shop page, the item is showing handpicked and vintage from 1980s.

Thinking, Etsy removed the vintage wording from our listing form but it is showing once published into our shops?

Not working here either 5 days now sales week now. Had to Etsy chats but still not fixed. Lots of sellers cannot list and the problem is spreading to other areas now. It's not a browser issue or cookies etc. I don't know when it's gonna fixed but it's very unusual my shop going this long without sales. Not even when l 1st started. This financially crippling as my only income. Doesn't make sense they have not fixed it. And desk top is glitchy too takes way too long too list. App no good for this. Just cannot list .
