I've just opened my shop and trying to add a listing. When I do, a new page opens and says uh-oh a stitch has gone arwy. I've tried on my desktop and laptop, different browsers, clearing cache, logging out and still can't list any products.
Contact Etsy support for help as it might be that you are a new seller and Etsy hasn't fully enabled your shop yet
I did contact support and they did not have an answer just thst they would look into it.
@EarthernMagicEssence you shop has been open since 2011. Did you do the Plaid verification?
I don't think so. Although it says I've been open since 2011 I didn't start trying to open until this year
Are you able to use the old listing form?
I don't see where I have the option to use the old form.

on the new form it should be at the top on the right in a box.
Did you get a resolution to this? this is happening to me now as well.
