What has has happened to the videos I uploaded? I can upload and see them in my seller app listing, but they don't show up in regular listings.
Just coming to say the same thing. They show in the listing page but there are no videos within the actual shop listings
I contacted help desk and the problem seemed to fix itself while we were chatting. It must have been a glitch in the matrix for a couple of
days. ☺
Same here. The uploaded video doesn't appear.
Mine seemed to reappear after a couple of days. Have yours?
@SeaCottageGoods Do you have videos on all your listings? I looked at about 5 listings and didn't see any videos.
Just a few videos and they reappeared already.
So frustrating, after going to all the effort it takes to make, edit and post a video.
