Listing Video error

Hi everybody! I'm experiencing issues with uploading videos to listing previews. It looks like it's uploaded but the video appears white and does not load at all. Size, ratio as well as length is as always. I upload videos to my listings since years now and never had an issue similar to the current - does anyone else experience the same? Is this a general error atm?

When you click on the video through desktop it only shows a text "Hm, we have issues loading this video. Refresh the page or try again later" on mobile it does not load at all.

There must be something wrong with the video as it says it cannot be loaded.  Check to see in too many seconds.

@ArtDollsbyJD thank you for your respond, I appreciate you've tried to help however as already mentioned it is the exact same video type, length, decoding and resolution as my other 1000+ listing videos. I even re-rendered it once more and tried different file name length. I thought maybe someone experienced the same or could even share a workaround if so since the bug is highly likely on Etsys end.

It looks like the bug was fixed. It worked now
