I am trying to add a new listing, but every time I try to add the photos it tells me they cannot be added at this time. I followed all the suggested solutions to try to resolve this issue, but nothing is working.
Even if your photos don't meet best practice you should still be able to upload them. I would try using a different browser such as Chrome as it sounds like a glitch.
