Hi , Been having a couple issues recently - I have tried on both tablet , android and computer to try to resolve them but no luck.
1) I have been having Issues with the shipping on my listings that are currently posted in my shop It says a quick update is required on the delivery settings to help calculate estimated delivery time, I have tried changing it multiple times, and it still doesn't solve the problem and I don't know how to fix it.
2) I spend hours on writing up a listing, Etsy won't let me save it as a draft as it says there's an been error and to try again but it still doesn't save and gives me the error message again. I have made sure I have filled out all the required fields too so I know its not that. I've had this multiple times, and it's really annoying and frustrating.
3) I also can't post the listing because it says Invalid postal ID - I'm not sure why this is happening because I've always used the Royal Mail or Evri options supplied by Etsy.
I have talked to my mum about this, and she is having the same issue with her shop currently too. Is there something we are missing? Does anyone know how to solve these problems?Any help is appreciated.
Let me guess - new listing form? If so, switch to the old one.
@LadyBejeweled: Using a BROWSER (not the app) there will be a message at the top of the listing form where you can click to toggle between the two versions.
It usually highlights the missing or incorrect entry in red so it should be easy to spot what is wrong.
1) It sounds like you haven't selected a postal service (1st, 2nd etc) for Etsy to be able to provide estimates to your customers. If you have selected "other" then that might be the issue.
2) What exactly is the error message you are receiving when trying to list.
3) The postcode it is looking for is your own postcode to say where it is shipping from.
If you are not already using shipping profiles, then I would set some up which you can then select for your listings instead of having to do them one by one.
There is an option on the new listing page to revert to the old listing page so that might be an idea to try.
If all the above fail, then go to your listings and "copy" one and then adjust it to the listing you want and then it should save okay. This is bar far the easiest way around all these issues.

1) I have done that and I also have shipping profiles set up already and have been using them for months now. This has just now appeared saying I need to update them.
2) The ID message says the Shipping ID is invalid not the post code.
I'll try switching to the old version of the listing page and see if that helps.It seems with this new listing form they brought out that people are having nothing but issues. If not I'll try the other way you suggested!

How do I find the old one? I am unable to save anything as a draft. They allow me to publish but I am not ready. Thanks for any help.

I could not even complete setting up my store because it would not let me save as a draft. I am pulling my hair out right now with Etsy.
