When a customer browsers for one of my items in my shop they are given suggested items from my shop to browse or purchase. Unfortunately the items are incorrectly being displayed with free shipping in green when there is actually shipping costs associated with the item. If the customer follows the link the item and listing are correctly displaying shipping costs but the customers are complaining because the link says free shipping and they’re not getting free shipping. Does anybody know how to get rid of the free shipping badge on items that shouldn’t have it?
You in fact do have free shipping on some of your items. Edit that if you want to charge shipping.
I do have 8 items that have free shipping and I'm aware, but it's the other items that do have shipping that have the free shipping badge that shouldn't.
@Nickis4seasons: Is it possible that you have the wrong shipping profile attached to the listings?
Thanks for the replies. I did run a promotion for free shipping but even after it expired for some reason the listings were still showing as free shipping. The current shipping profile is calculated and the listings when you link to them were actually showing with calculated shipping. I simply updated the name of that shipping profile knowing that it affected all the ones that shouldn’t have free shipping and this simple solution actually fixed the glitch and they are no longer showing free shipping.
