Does anyone have a link to the call back request option that works for Etsy customer service? The one I keep getting through the Help Center shows up as "Null" for everything and when I enter in my number, nothing gets submitted. It's like the page doesn't work. I've contact Etsy through the "email system" from the Help Center, but I've ready that can take weeks to months for a reply whereas the call back system seems to be pretty quick. Please help as my account is stuck on vacation mode because of a verification they requested even though I got an email saying everything was verified and my account would go back to normal. But it hasn't. Any help would be much appreciated as I have several customers who want to put in orders for Christmas. Thanks!

Thank you so much! It actually let me submit the number with this link and they called me immediately, unfortunately they said they could not solve my issue and it needed to be "escalated" and it was not someone I could talk to on the phone... sigh. Thanks again!

Did you ever get a reply about this issue? I am trying to use the call back feature on Etsy and it is not working. You can do a computer chat but that didn't solve my issue. Not sure I even know how to send an email to support. Will look forward to any info you have.
@oldbooksandsuch, try this to see if you get the email option if your problem is updating your bank account. Go to:
Shop Manager>Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy>Finances and billing>Updating of verifying my bank account>Trouble updating my bank account>I still need help
If updating your bank account is not your problem, after you get to Selling on Etsy, select what is relevant and then try different options until you see an email option. Always check by scrolling down if necessary to look for "I still need help" and click that.
