Limited Visibility After AI Shop Reviews Started in January

Since January my shop has experienced a monthly 50% drop in Etsy driven traffic (Etsy Search, SEO, Etsy App, Ads) since Etsy implemented the machine learning review of shops. This is after I made no changes to my shop since the beginning of December 2023.

I've experienced yearly growth of 30-50% since 2020, so this sudden steep drop in traffic at the same time Etsy started using AI to make decisions about shops quality seems related. Is there something the AI noticed in my shop that I need to correct?

I have not seen anything in my shop that says anything about AI interrupting business.  My business has been the same as it always has been.  It goes up and down.  Been doing that for years.

Perha shop critique would help.  A quick look shows keyword spamming in your titles. 

Also Etsy has indicated that not having complete shop policies can factor into reduced viewing.

I would also hazard that the number of shops selling items in a similar vein have increased on Etsy increasing the competition.

Technically, I think this should be posted in shop critiques and not technical issues. But, in a wholly conspiracy theory kind of way, perhaps Etsy’s AI has a problem with your subject matter? Do you have a standalone website? You might want to think about creating one.
