Issue with On-time shipping and tracking rating toward Star Seller

Hi,

I'm wokring toward my star seller bage and it is very frustrating to see that suddenly my on-time shipping and tracking rating goes lower and lower. Couple of days ago it went down like crazy. I see know reason for it because my orders went out on time and it shows they have tracking info. Please fix the issue. I'm pretty new and working hard to gain more sale and build up a business on this site.

@GiftsThatChangeLives: "I see know reason for it ..." You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for April star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.

What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.

"Please fix the issue." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Couple of days ago it went down like crazy.

On April 1st, the review period changes, and an entire month of stats drops off.

Hi, Thank you for your response. I checked and all of my shipping said Yes. It seems that Etsy corrected the issue.
