I had to face this system error back in the winter around Christmas and it caused me a significant loss.
After controlling the listings for days and re-writing the prices of every single (50+) listings over and over again - as Etsy has advised to me - at one point this issue stopped.
But suddenly ITS BACK AND IM LOOSING MONEY AGAIN!!!
I was never compensated for the past problem and now I can't even find a way to reach out...
I'm seriously disappointed after all the commission and taxes being payed for Etsy, I expect better customer care...
Could it be currency conversion?
@MalekinWear -- Are you are charging 2 different prices (domestic vs international)? If so, there is a known issue on Etsy about this ... unfortunately there is no solution.
If you need to get in touch with Etsy, you can do so via shop manager > help > contact us > seller ... however it appears Etsy is currently experiencing a glitch since there is an orange banner message that states ... "We’re currently experiencing a site issue that may affect how you use Etsy. All updates can be found on our Status Page."
