I wanted to enrol in etsy payments and needed to add my GSTIN (taxpayer ID as an indian seller) but the legal shop information edit button is un-clickable.
As etsy have put my shop on holiday mode because i didn't receive my taxpayer id till their given time, I cannot chat with any agent from etsy support. I emailed them and they just keep sending me automated emails which are of no help.
