Hi, I am new to Etsy and am trying to run the sales on Etsy.

I make registration as company and add data (my personal and company).

But unfortunately, I get message 

"We were unable to verify the business information you entered."

All credentials are correct, including my company VAT (in Croatia, it is called OIB) and my personal data.

Also, I submitted a copy of my personal ID card (osobna karta).

Inside "Your documents" Government-issued personal ID is verified.

But still have red warning and don't know how to solve that.

"We were unable to verify the business information you entered.

Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You’ll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance."

Did you enter the country code for Croatia in front of the number for the VAT number?

Yes I did. Before number, I have added HR

everything has to match, your bank account name, your name in the legal section,
so John F Doe, can't be John Fred Doe in another place, it has to be exact.

If you put in a VAT ID, in the VAT ID it has to be the EU VAT id, in croatia, it's called the PIB, that can be checked here ....

for croatia OIB, do NOT put it in the VAT number field, as it is a tax identifier, not a VAT number

the OIB goes under
... add additional tax payers ID, you click the down arrow, and choose Croatia (OIB)

What confuses me is the field 

"Business Registration Number"

What is that number? We don't have it in Croatia?

You only have that field, if you have clicked to say you are an incorporated business

if you are an incorporated business, you will have a number when you applied to be incorporated

I have the same issue. I'm in the US and entered all of the info as it is on my incorporation paperwork and from the IRS. Still, it needs to be verified. So frustrating.

Right now I don't see any type of editing here.

Now I am not able to edit any type of account here and the name and gstin number in my payoneer are the same and my payoneer account is approved but there is a problem with this.
