Legal and tax information Bug?

Interesting bug and I am not getting anyone to reply from support. Hoping to see if there is a work around or if others are having the same issue. 

My Progress so far:

1. I submitted my tax data and it was denied. 
2. It was denied a 2nd time but asked me to upload documents 
3. Everything was approved and I get the message via email saying everything was all set
4. Went to check my listings and it says that I am on vacation mode until I fix my tax information. 
5. Now when I visit the legal and tax page it shows a red bar saying I need to update my information, and below that it shows a green bar saying that I am verified and all set. 
6. Reached out to support twice now. (5 days, and 3 days ago with no replies)
7. Tried to update the information again and resubmit, it says I am verified and all set each time yet the red banner will not go away and I can not turn off vacation mode.

Etsy is likely too busy rearranging things on the dashboard to make it look different or reworking the images for a different format.  This problem so many are having with verification isn't being given the priority it needs.  Must just be too hard so they find other things to do.
