Etsy ad targeted keywords disappeared

Hello! Anyone experienced missing Targeted keywords from their Etsy ads detailed stats?

I have a routine to turn off irrelevant keywords everyday. However, since 2 days ago, I noticed the my targeted keywords (All Keywords) dropped from the usual 300+ to 5 keywords, and my Relevant keywords dropped from average 35+ to 2 keywords. Today, it states Targeted Keywords (0) “No targeted keywords for this ad yet” ——for all of my advertised listings.

This is the first time I am experiencing this issue and I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue for their Etsy ad listings?

@JaeinStudio  Did you reach out to chat support. Although I don't have the same problem with ads I do have a problem with tags not showing in all of my listings.
