Funny thing! I logged into my Etsy account and everything was in German. It was really difficult getting it back to English when I don't read German. I went to another device in my home and was able to figure it out as I was logged into Etsy. My region was changed to Germany overnight. Another glitch I hope that will be fixed soon.
