When dispatching orders, there used to be a drop down menu that allowed you to select the label presets that you have created, and this does not seem to be showing now. Where has it gone?
Same has happened here! UK shop too and has been escalated with the chat help. Maybe something to do with adding Evri into the system?
Same issue here in the UK for me! I had quite a few presets, and now I can only see three. I've tried to save the presets that I'll need for this week, but after doing so, they still don't appear in the drop-down.
So mine is doing the same thing (US-based here) except the label presets are working when someone has ordered 2 or more items! It's just for the single orders that the label presets are not working.
Same for me.
I had to enter parcel dimensions for all my orders today. New presets would not safe!!!

Wasn't working for me 30 minutes ago but now it is working again.
I am having trouble with my actual shipping profile, where I used to have First Class Package selected in the drop down menu, and still today there is no option to switch my profile to Ground Advantage. I don't use Etsy labels but would like to have my shipping profile display the correct service.
Mine is now telling me I can only buy Evri postage and not Royal Mail.
Mine was doing this yesterday (UK) but fortunately only had a few for the UK, rest of the world was working. Today, they're all back including the new ones I tried to add yesterday! But still having issues with printing labels, won't do it from main menu, only from individual orders. Luckily only doing 2 today.
I'm in the UK and while my presets are still there, there are "no delivery services available for your package settings". It's been like this now for nearly a week. I can't even create new presets so I'm having to go to Royal Mail direct for labels. I would LOVE to see Etsy HQ pop up a statement about this as it is a business critical issue and really chaps, it's the right thing to do.

I'm still seeing this in the US as well. I can apply a preset for package size & weight information, but I still have to select the "Delivery service" option manually. Incredibly irritating doing that for 30+ labels a day; this is ridiculous.
Per support, just now:
"Please note that this issue has been escalated to our dedicated team, Kindly keep in mind that we do not have a time frame to get this issue resolved.
We will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved."
