Label presets not showing when buying postage?

Hi all,

When dispatching orders, there used to be a drop down menu that allowed you to select the label presets that you have created, and this does not seem to be showing now. Where has it gone?

Mine isnt showing either and not saving them if I add them

Probably due to significant changes in the USPS pricing structure that go into effect tomorrow.  We were having other label glitches here yesterday.

The OP is in the UK, so USPS' rate changes shouldn't be the issue. 
But Etsy did announce something about Evri labels now being available on Etsy. I did not pay any attention to the 'effective date' - the labels may already be available. But if there's a delay until they are available, or just the changes Etsy had to make to UK shipping, could have caused a glitch.

I am attempting to print labels for tomorrow. All my existing shipping presets aren't working, and I can't delete most of them (the dialog to do so disappears too fast most times.)

And when I try to make new ones, I can't. Nothing is sticking. This is a problem indeed.

Same problem. Etsy chat seem to have no idea and have escalated my issue. Happening on my two shops and my partner's shop, we are in the UK. Only seems to be affecting domestic labels, if I try to send internationally it works ok.

Happening to me too - all presets have vanished and it is not allowing me to create new ones - absolute nightmare with 50 parcels to ship tonight!

Mine worked today, for an order that was placed today.  I used the new USPS Ground Advantage and my regular preset for my padded mailer 4 oz.  I'm in the US, and use labels purchased from Etsy.

I used the new labels three times yesterday and it went smoothly for US mail.  It did not however use my saved listings for packages.  I like it and orders are insured up to $100.

I have not shipped outside the states so I am not sure how that is working.

Yep - I'm having the same issue - labels are just a nightmare right now - presets have disappeared and no new ones are saving, also I have had an issue over the last two weeks whereby labels won't print en masse from 'print labels tab' either.

Fingers crossed they get this sorted today, if I have to drop in all the info individually per order it's going to take hours : (

Having the same issue! Although for me as as UK shop, its only happening for orders in the UK, guessing its due to the Evri thing then?

Same for me, I have one domestic label preset appearing, usually have about 20 different ones (I'm in the UK). International ones are showing fine. Very frustrating.

The UK domestic presets have moved themselves (well done Etsy) to the international section making them impossible to select, also if you create a new one for domestic (UK) postage it does save but also goes to the international section

Loads of items to ship today and its taking ages to process them without the presets :0(

Where did you report this as I have been having an issue with international labels as well.  A couple of others seem to be having the same issue.
