I printed a label, took it to the post office and it's not scanning. I then went back home, copy and pasted the tracking number and it is not recognized by any tracking systems. I am trying to contact Etsy via chatbot and it keeps giving me the message "Let me connect you with a customer support agent. Please share more about what they can help with."
is anyone else having issues with the site or labels
