Label Failed to Purchase, You just purchased 0 labels

Hello! Help!

Can anybody help me? I am getting the message that “You just purchased 0 labels, 1 label failed to purchase”.

I’m only trying to print one label. This is my 5th sale ever, so I am new at this but I’ve never had a label purchase issue with my first four sales. I’m in Canada. Trying to purchase a Canada post label. All the info is in correctly. There is a message that Canada post labels won’t be available for purchase as of 9pm tonight (Saturday) till tomorrow at 11pm, and I’m trying to get it printed and sent today so my customer receives it in good time.  

I’ve tried on my iPad and on my laptop. I’ve tried signing in and out. I don’t know what else to do. I went to the Etsy help section and see that it says email questions will be replied to in 1-2 days and I can’t afford to loose all that time before it ships or it will ship late. I really want make my customer happy and get this out. Anyone out there had this issue?

I also had this happen to me this morning. I clicked into my completed orders and it showed the purchase shipping label there. I was able to click "print" from that location and it printed fine for me. Hope this helps!

Canada Post is down, can only purchase letter mail in store too. I needed two parcel labels also.

If you can use it, PirateShip is free and takes just a couple minutes to set up and integrate (have your shop page logged in and open on another tab to integrate) . They have immediate customer service and I have never had any issues.
