LISTING PAGE IS FREEZING

Has anyone else had an issue when you are trying to enter a listing?  I can enter everything fine until I get to the category option.  After I choose the category it freezes up and the only way to get out of it is to hit cancel and everything that has been entered is lost.

Reboot.  Refresh.  Clean out cache.   Try a different browser.

Already done. Issue still persisting w/ old and new listing formats. Appreciate the suggestion though.

Fixed all listings that "lost" variations overnight, w/ Vela editing tool. Avoiding listing for a while.

I have never seen vela "crash" and it happened two times today. I think there is something happening with Etsy's API async/await process

Just checked again, and my listing page appears to be working as it should. When I edit thumbnails, I now get the correct "Apply" button to apply thumbnail changes, rather than the "publish copy" button being in it's place.

Will test here in a bit to see if the categories/variations carry over after publishing.

Can confirm, listing page is behaving as it should (new listing format).

Categories, variations, etc are carrying over as they should to new listings created.

Happened to me a couple hours ago. 4 xs! I was ready to throw my Mac book.  Finally what I did was I entered everything except the category. I entered that last and was finally able to publish because everything else had been filled out. Because once in the category page, it won’t let you off of it. Only able to hit cancel or publish and can’t publish without everything else being complete. So complete everything else first before filling in the category. If there’s non required attributes to fill based on category, after you publish go back in and edit adding those. Since those aren’t required in order to publish

Yes, this is happening to me too, tried 4 times to list one listing and finally gave up, I have refreshed page, cleared cache, and tried another browser. it is so frustrating I feel like throwing the computer out the window. Does the same thing on a different device as well.

I just spent soooo much time making a listing and it WILL NOT load.  Whole page is frozen and video is still loading.  What's going on?!
