Hello all,
I just wanted to know if there is a chance of talking to anyone from Etsy and receiving answers to legitimate questions, or is this not allowed? Because all of my attempts get intercepted and answered by bots, and a previous attempt on this very board was removed with no apparent reason and all I had was, again, an email from a bot.
Is this the way that Etsy helps its users? Just asking, I can easily take my business elsewhere if I am a nuisance.

@WarcoloursMiniatures Etsy customer service is almost non existent, it seems from what I've read in the forums. This is rich considering they have a purple star program to monitor OUR customer service!
There are only other sellers here.
You could try requesting a call back, but not sure if that is still working as it looks like the page is in editing mode
It does not seem to be working...
Getting useful answers from Etsy customer service is not something that happens very often from what I read here in the forums. You can also ask your questions here, perhaps there are sellers that have had a similar experience and are able to assist with answering the question.
I tried asking with a longer and more articulated post, but it was removed immediately, claiming that it was violating the community rules which prohibited posting private information on the forum. Obviously there was absolutely no private information in the post...
Did you by any chance copy and paste a reply from Etsy chat or an Etsy email?
This would do it
Hello @WarcoloursMiniatures ,
We ask that members please refrain from sharing any sort of personal/sensitive information (yours or other people's - this includes, and is not limited to: Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Tracking Numbers, Private Messages, etc.). This also includes any verbatim communication between you and Etsy Support, as per Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies.
Please note that this is a safety measure for you and everyone else potentially involved in the matter, which is why this is such an important aspect of our Community Policies.
Thank you!

@WarcoloursMiniatures what is not working?
@CryzalisMasksUK Nope, the only part that was pasted was the definition of Prohibited Items which I read on their own public Help page.
@NanaLetha The link that had been suggested to get a call back. It has a number of fields just marked Null and it does not accept the full telephone number either
drop the 0 from the start of your mobile number, then it should accept it
It may then show a error message once you click enter, but for some unknown reason your number will be logged in the queue
@CryzalisMasksUK Nope, there is no 0 to drop, it just does not accept enough numbers from my side
I think the only option is email via your dashboard.
It should be so much easier to contact support and get it
I tried, but only got replies by a bot that repeated the same thing I was told originally, which is wrong...
@WarcoloursMiniatures You seem to be running a service based shop. Not sure if it's still true (due to all of the long-arm quilting services allowed) but it used to be that you couldn't sell services on Etsy.
Not sure if that's part of your problem.
Not really: While I can easily do a custom order, I sell items, not services. And the issue is with some of my items that have been removed without a valid reason
When you send an email...Etsy has confirmed that the first one is a canned response. On that email (don't open any others) email back and let them know you still need help.
I did exactly this more than 20 times. Either I received no answer or the same bot message I received 20 times before. It seems nobody is reading any of my responses. Frustrating
@WarcoloursMiniatures Is Warhammer items trademarked? Using their names like Primaris Reivers could be a problem.
