Clicking through several of my listings and when I view them as though a customer would, it says
Sorry, this item is sold out
Post an example
@RobinsNestQuilts2016 They are all active and available to purchase. None show sold out
@RobinsNestQuilts2016, @NanaLetha they all show sold out to me. There were other threads about this recently, I'll see if I can find any.
Maybe it’s a browser issue. I’m using Safari.
@NanaLetha, I tested 2 different browsers (one incognito), and they showed sold out in both. But I didn't try Safari, and I'm not doubting you.
I am on Safari and it shows sold out.
Here are a few recent threads on this issue. Some have links to additional threads within them. I'm not sure if any have solutions - it looks like a mod popped into at least one thread to acknowledge the issue, but you'll probably need to contact support.

I see all links as sold out in 2 different browsers (Brave & Firefox) & also trying incognito.
They show as sold out to me as well.
Were the quantities set to more than one? That was the workaround when this was happening earlier.
I just checked again. I see “ low stock” but not sold out.
I'm using google chrome and it still shows them as sold out when you click into them. Is this a chrome thing, because alot of customers in the US google stuff? I can't just tell my customers they have to use a different web browser.
@RobinsNestQuilts2016 I tried multiple browsers & those items still showed sold out.
Have you tried editing the listing & republishing it? Just make a tiny text edit & see if that fixes it. The other day I had an item that didn't show the quantity drop down box. A customer was really confused & so was I! I edited the listing & poof, the quantity drop down menu showed up on the listing. Etsy is glitchy!
They show as Sold Out to me, too. I'm in the UK, and using Chrome on my phone (desktop, not app).
Chrome - Edge - Safari ... via PC & iPhone ... all say sold out!
They show as sold out in Firefox for me. Try changing the quantity to more than one as someone suggested, though you should not have to do this.
OK, I went through the listings and editing didn't work. These listings I had the option of half yard or yard cut of fabric like I have on most of my fabrics. I went in and deleted the half yard cut that said sold out and that seemed to do it. I don't understand why it was doing this on some of my listings and not others, and shouldn't have to delete my variations for stuff to work. Very frustration.
Thank you everyone for trying to help me out. I appreciate it.
If the entire listing will show as sold out if one variation is actually sold out, that's a problem. Especially when there's no way for us to see if a variation has sold out except for going into each listing, one by one, and scrolling down to variations.
I'm glad you were able to fix it, though.
