Items not indexed

Hello, good day! I would like to ask how to resolve when items are not indexed?

How long does this usually take? Or does this auto-resolve on its own?

Your shop is indexed.  Your items are not because you have no items in your shop to index.

A cached version of your shop from May 27 does show 8 listings.  Your shop is now empty though.  Also, clicking on a listing that was reviewed brings up the ''this item is unavailable'' page.   It does not bring up the sold out page where I could still view details of that listing.

Did you accidentally deactivate your items?  Did they expire?  Did Etsy deactivate your listings for some reason?

They're not deactivated and also not yet expired. Possibly, etsy might have deactivated my listing? Hmm If so, then it should show up on my listing status, right? But no, they are all active. I'll probably just wait 48 hours, maybe it'll show up again. Thank you so much. This is very helpful.

This has been an on going problem for many shops, you will need to deactivate your items and then activate them again and then hopefully they should show up in your shop.

Oh! At first I thought it was just the internet connection. I'll consider this as my next option. I'll probably just wait 48 hours maybe it'll show up again. If not then I'll deactivate and list it all again. Thank you so much. This is very helpful.

I actually did intentionally list two items just to see if the problem still exists even for the new listing hence the two active. Haha But it only affects the old ones. So I guess there must be something wrong with the old listings. Honestly wondering what could be the reason why this happens. Maybe glitch? Technical error?
