5 Star Reviews

I've only had 5 star reviews for the past year, yet my star seller rating shows 4.8. It concerns me that your calculations are off.

@IndianLodgeRoad You're addressing other sellers in Forums, not Etsy.

You have a 4 Star review on June 26, 2022, which probably accounts for the rating.

I'm seeing 4 stars on the last review only.  You'll still be a star seller though, as far as ratings go.

Its correct.... its based only on the past 3 months (currently June/May/April) - You have: for JUNE: ONE 4 star / THREE 5 Star, For MAY you have no reviews, APRIL: TWO 5 Stars. You get 4 points + 15 points for June, 0 for May, 10 Points for April = 29 points divide by total number of reviews (6) = 4.83 - Get one more 5 star review by the end of the month and you'll get Star Seller (your average will be 4.85, they will round up to 4.9)
