Items in stores disappear when scrolling

This has been happening for the last week or so. When I click on an item from search and then click on the sellers storefront and scroll down to see more items, after a few seconds everything disappears and it’s says no items  found. 
The categories are still there though and I can click into those to get to an item. 

This also happens when I’m in the forum and click directly into a sellers storefront. 

There are days that it occurs to maybe (I’m guessing) 50% of the shops I’m looking at and sometimes, like today on almost all of them. 

I tried it on my iPhone app and on my PC browser using firefox  or chrome. 

I‘m actually concerned that this is affecting sales. It is very frustrating to try to shop and I can just imagine that if this is happening to my potential buyers they will just give up and look elsewhere. 

Is anyone else having a similar experience? I tried to find past forum posts with a similar problem but couldn’t find any.

I logged a ticket yesterday under technical issues for EU customers. (I haven’t seen this before, is it new?) That went through but I haven’t heard back yet.

i have not seen that part of it before, maybe it is new, i hope they get back to you soon, sounds like they might be busy trying to sort the help centre out again first.

i was trying to download the Etsy Ap for buyers last night to see what going on but cant even find the link for that now, only the seller one.

i know what i did notice last night when i logged out, the new items i have been adding in the last couple of days as its been so quiet are not actually showing up in my shop just the section part, and thats on my Laptop using Chrome, so there seems to be flaws all over the place.

@SunnytyDE I had a variation last night, reviews showed nothing and sections didn’t show anything when I click on them, but the regular overview and items were fine. 

So odd.

@ByVanillaMintDesigns  Did this happen on the app or browser? On everything you looked at or only some stores?

I‘m getting really tired of not knowing what is going on. It is Etsy‘s responsibility of telling its sellers of any technical issues. If they had an announcement about it at least I could relax a little knowing it’s being worked on. It’s not making it better if they keep quiet about it and we hope it maybe goes away sometime…. or not.

@SunnytyDE sorry, late reply. Mine was on the app, it has only ever been on the app for me. Guess I will try and delete mine to and reinstall. Let's see if that works.

I heard back from Etsy. They didn’t really address the problem. Just told me to delete the app. Update my phone and reinstall the app again which I actually did when I first noticed this a couple of weeks ago. They also reassured me that my store and items are being seen. 

I got the email about 6pm (my time) As of about 8pm I checked on all the stores I kept tabs on and every one of them works fine now.  One less worry….for now.

thats great news, lets hope it stays like that now, i have emailed them to let them know what was happening too, my only concern is that how many potential buyers are going to know that they would have to reinstall the App to get it working again, i just hope the fix is for everyone and all can see the shops fine now. This is when its a good idea to let buyers to be able to come onto the forum still and comment on any issues they might find or the sellers would never know unless they are regular shoppers themselves.

@SunnytyDE  thank you for bringing this to everyones attention, if it was not for you many of us would not of known what was going on.
