There are a bunch of items listed in my account that are not mine? I immediately changed my password and checked my account but nothing else has changed. I contacted Etsy but what do I need to do beyond that?
Are you sure your bank account was not changed? Because it sounds like your shop was hacked. Run a virus scan on your device to make sure it hasn't been compromised.
No it is still my card.
And all my listings have been deleted.
Did you check the security page to see if there was any logins from somewhere else? You can see the IP addresses and type of product they used to access your account (phone, laptop).
If you haven't already, I would turn on 2 step authentication. Just hope any hackers didn't already beat you to this (I'm assuming not if you changed your password, but I can't say for sure).
You've definitely been hacked. The new listings are directing Etsy shoppers offsite:
"Dear Buyer!
𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 D𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘁𝘀𝘆
======
Payment will not be accepted
======
𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞

Etsy admins, can we get some eyes on this and get this seller some help?
The announcement too.
The OP has already reached out to security, and they will be looking into it.
Looks like your shop got hacked, but they could not update the payment information which is why their listings are trying to send them off Etsy.
Should I change everything or wait for Etsy?
Yes, you've been hacked, your shop announcement and About page have been hijacked as well.
Also check the bank account number of the bank where you have your money sent to, not your CC on file.
Most likely this bank account number has been changed as well.
Don't wait for Etsy to contact you as they won't. You need to contact them.
The bank account has not been changed. Thank you all for the help. Freaking out a little and it's absolute crap they are selling. And all my listings have been deleted.
@ScotchStreetVintage I was not referring to your credit card, but to your bank account number on your payment account, where funds are deposited.
You need to immediately put your shop on vacation and delete all the fraudulent listings. And delete the shop announcement and About section.
@ScotchStreetVintage DO NOT WAIT FOR ETSY. You have no way of knowing when they will get to your issue. Delete everything the scammer added. You can deactivate the listings if you want to preserve them for Etsy to see. At least put your shop on Vacation and delete the Shop Announcement and About section. I think the About section will stay there, even when on vacation. I'm not sure about the Shop Announcement.
Etsy can eventually help you get your listings back. Right now, you need to get rid of all the hacker's information.
Yes, put your shop on vacation, and contact Etsy.
ChristmasIsLove posted a link above for you.
Shop still active. There is no reason for your shop to be active with the hackers items. Put on vacation OP unless you no longer can access it?
you will not receive any orders from the fraudulent listings.
they always set the shipping really high so that etsy shoppers will not purchase on etsy.
they set your shipping to $900.
you do need to delete those listings and change the announcement.
Holy cow. That's so blatant!
How do they get control of your shop?
