Items added to coupon code don't appear in 'On Sale' section & the discount disappears

For several weeks now I've been having intermittent problems with getting items to stay in the On Sale section of my shop.

I add an item to my coupon code.  The number of items 'On Sale' does not go up.  Sometimes a page refresh of the main shop shows the item with the green cross-out and new discounted price... but often within minutes, that has disappeared and the item has returned to its original undiscounted price.  This seems to be happening off and on and has been for several weeks.  Apologies if there's another thread about this somewhere but it is driving me absolutely insane, can the bug be fixed?!

Coupon codes will not show as on sale

I am having the same problem with putting items on sale. I put about 1000 items on sale to the public (not a coupon code but a sale) and only 391 show up. I have contacted Etsy three times in the past two weeks about it but no response. Super frustrated. I spent about ten hours setting it up - what a waste of time. Never had this problem before.
