I have an issue with 2 listings in my shop. They both appear as active, but when a customer clicks on them they return the error message "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region".
Here are the listings:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/1064464690/the-spurtle-original-unique-handmade?click_key=13798e22dbaad...
01. They are listings for a wooden spatula and wooden spurtle
02. These listings are nearly identical to other listing of mine that do show as available/normal (wooden spoons, trays, etc using the same types of wood)
03. I've tried deactivating and reactivating
04. I tried deleting and making a new listing
05. There is no mention of plants or seeds, nor any visual image of plants or seeds
06. These are wooden cooking spatulas, not a knife or any other prohibited item
07. My region is set to USA, and I'm in the USA
08. The listings show in search, as well as thumbnails in my shop (they're not deindexed)
09. My products are available in the USA only
Here's my shop in case you want to check out the thumbnails

OP, what was the wood you used? Was it by chance mesquite? Earlier this year, Etsy bots deactivated mesquite items because they thought mesquite was endangered or toxic, either or both. You may need to open a help request with Etsy and explain how you make your items.

Thank you so much! They are mesquite wood.
Hilarious that they would think it's toxic considering people use it in food (mesquite bbq sauce, mesquite wood chips, mesquite liquid smoke, etc).
It's also far from endangered. It's actually considered an invasive species. Lol
