It's been a week now - my shop is on Vacation mode

I have submitted ID documents on April 11th and now it's been a week and still my shop is on vacation mode. It's really frustrating that I am not able to receive any orders due to shop is on vacation.
 
I have opened a ticket in help center and it's been 3 days and no one get back to me, same situation with support, I have emailed them and no answer.

It's very disappointing, no one is replying.
