Issuing about Reserve

Hello,

I;m International seller, I;m from Indonesia and my Etsy store have started from 2016. and now I have got very very annoying reverse on my account, all of my orders ( 141 orders) have on reverses where that fund have been hold by the Etsy.

for 141 orders on reverse does is mean I have not completed for ship that package ? doesn't make sense isn't it, I thought all the buyer around in the world will hunting me if I have not ship their package.

as the Etsy reverse said "75% of the funds you earn from each order will be unavailable for deposit until your order ships with valid tracking, or after 45 days from the date of sale."

I have completed that orders with the valid tracking numbers, and all that have on transit and some have already delivered but the Etsy still hold my money.

I have contact the Etsy but have answer me without check the tracking status I proof with them, they easy answer just ask me for wait. very unbelievable, I need my money for ship the others again, and that can;t be wait for 45 days after I already mark it completed with the track able tracking numbers.

so, please advise me, what happen for my case ? does I have do something wrong until they can;t check that orders and that tracking numbers ?

please help me, otherwise, seem I need put my store on close soon cause I don;t have the money for send their package anymore.

Did Etsy remove any items for being against the rules?

Once you are on a reserve, it lasts for 90 days. When  you ship a package and the tracking number gets into the postal system, that package should be released from the reserve, usually that takes about a week. The idea is to get caught up before the reserve period ends so they don't extend it. 

141 outstanding packages is a lot. I got put on reserve when I had about 40, and none of the packages were actually late  yet.

Mine are showing in transit and some delivered but Etys isn't releasing my money. I used etsy labels. MY question is they are holding 75% of your funds. SOOOOO...... where is the other 25%. And if you are holding 75% of my funds then why do I NEVER reach my minimum? If I have a dollar and you hold 75% then I have a quarter left and you are holding 75 cents. My minimum is reached. Etsy is holding every penny of my money. That is 100%

That is same case with mine, and the Etsy answer have no good solution until I need found solution by my self.

I had solved it with add the tracking numbers with the buyer could track it with their country tracking, for example with DHL tracking numbers.

as long that tracking could be tracked on the Etsy order page and after I input it, and when that had track-able, that fund will release.

this just could work it that tracking site without need fill the security numbers on the tracking site

so the point, Etsy system have not so cleaver, their system had failed, and they will more believed their system than we are.
