Hello Etsy Support,
I noticed 3 of my recent orders are marked as "shipped late", but I shipped them on time and provided valid USPS and Asendia tracking numbers directly through Etsy before the deadline.
Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't offer USPS as a carrier option, so I had to choose "Other". This caused Etsy to exclude those shipments from being counted correctly. I’m attaching screenshots of the tracking numbers and shipping dates to confirm timely fulfillment.
I'm very committed to providing excellent service, which may affect my Star Seller eligibility on June 1st, which I’ve been working hard to achieve. Could you please review these cases and consider passing this feedback to your development team so that USPS is included in the carrier list?

This forum is for sellers only, not for contacting Etsy; you need to contact Etsy support for help.
I already contacted Etsy support and they gave me this forum as well, as an opportunity to help with my issues.
@TodayBetterDay Etsy support has a (bad) habit of pointing sellers to the forum, knowing that no one here can help, only give advice.
@TodayBetterDay If you used Chat, they have tendency since they cannot give an answer, to refer people to the forums. We are only fellow sellers and cannot solve the issue for you

I'm very confused. Etsy does offer USPS as a carrier option. Maybe you should specify that you are in Canada, as maybe that is why you are not seeing it as an option. Also because Canadian sellers may be the best option to give guidance for your situation.
@TodayBetterDay: A Canada shop would not select USPS as the courier - it is the courier who initially issued the label that you should you use. If Ascendia is recognized by Etsy / AfterShip as a Canada shipper then it should appear in the list. 'Other' will probably never qualify for Star Seller because there is no way to verify that a valid tracking number was entered.
As mentioned by others, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
I know some Canadian shops that are close enough drive across the border to mail packages bound for US customers via USPS, instead of sending Canada Post and having to go through customs.
Obviously I don't know if this is what the OP did (and I don't know what they would use for the return address if they did this), but I have seen people as far as Toronto say they drive to Niagara Falls to do this.
You are in Canada and cannot use USPS unless you are crossing over to the US to post in a US post office which means you have paid for the border pass to do so. It won't work to use Other for USPS in the Order area. I don't think it will be recognized by the system for Star Seller as legitimate.
@TodayBetterDay Etsy is not here in the forums. You are not talking to Etsy here. If you want Etsy to look into this which they probably won't, you need to talk to Etsy directly.
