I noticed an error regarding the removal of my Top Seller badge related to message response rate. After reviewing the history for the relevant period, you state that 3 messages received a response after 24 hours. However, two of them received an immediate response, and refunds were applied within the hour. These were the messages on 19-12-23 and 22-12-23. I kindly ask you to verify my statements.

did you actually respond to the message thread, in messages,
or just put a note on the refund? - because that doesm't count
also, if they send you a normal message, and hen a separate message through a "help request" thread, they are separate too, and you have to reply to both messages threads
Sounds like you didn't respond to the two with blue banners. Those are the important ones regarding refunds. Sending a message on the refund itself does not work.
No correction needed - it worked just like it's supposed to. It's always a good idea to read the rules when participating in an activity as there are other rules that one may run afoul of.
You are posting on a seller forum. Etsy doesn't read and respond to support requests here.
And spoiler: There will be no correction for seller mistake.
