Issues purchasing labels?

Is there a tech issue with this currently? I am not able to purchase labels as of about 5 minutes ago....

I switched from Safari to my Chrome browser and was then able to purchase a shipping label normally after 5 failed attempts using Safari as my browser. 
Guessing Etsy isn't keeping up with writing their software to work with Safari Any more.

Try Pirateship. They are usually cheaper anyway and have support that answers in less than 5 minutes.

What kind of error are you encountering. Are you able to purchase but not print? Are you unable to purchase?  Etc etc.

I’m having the same problem. I keep getting a message saying that I can’t purchase a label to contact support.

I've just encountered this problem so I tried to buy it through Royal Mail but they're doing maintenance. I think I've lost my Star Seller badge. Oh well.
