Issues connecting shop to stamps.com

Is anyone else having issues connecting their shop to stamps.com?

I have been shipping with them for several years and I suddenly cannot connect my etsy shops. I have tried deleting and re-connecting multiple times with no success. Unable to load my orders into stamps.com since Thursday.

My admin has been wonky since about Thursday as well, so I don't know if Etsy is having some technical issues?

Got that fixed, after installing an update for Stamps and reconnecting to Etsy.

I used stamps .com for 8 years and finally dropped them last year after having this issue with them/etsy before and  tracking  bar codes.

You can use pirateship.com for free and get your labels printed

Stamps.com is no longer sending the tracking numbers or updating the orders on the Etsy end for me. There are also intermittent issues with importing orders. I reached out to stamps earlier today and am waiting on a response on their end, Any responses so far from Esty? I saw this happened a year or 2 ago when Esty updated something on their end.

Following up on my own reply which I attempted to post here earlier today. My earlier post is not appearing here yet for me, but that info is still potentially useful. However, I called Stamps dot com and was able to get more info: Lots of Etsy users have recently been having problems with getting their orders imported to Stamps dot com, according to the rep I spoke with. It is a technical problem and Stamps dot com is working to figure out a solution, supposedly. Meanwhile, the official workaround, in a nutshell, seems to be to install the latest version of Stamps dot com onto your computer. Then, instead of using the Stamps dot com Web site to fill your orders, use the Stamps dot com app on your computer. You will have to connect the Stamps dot com software on the computer to your Etsy store of course. Please try to enjoy modern life! It's the only life we've got!

I loaded the installed software and am still having the same issue of it not updating on etsy's end. I'll keep waiting for stamps to fix I guess.

Just wondering why anyone would pay Stamps.Com a monthly fee when Etsy and Pirate Ship labels are free to use and both work very well.

Is there something I don't know?

I do a lot of shipping outside of etsy so having the stamps account is helpful. I've used it a long time, and being autistic, familiarity and routine is good for me. I have never had a need to change or leave stamps and probably won't anytime soon.

@SutcliffeDesigns   PirateShip.com lets you ship anytime.  It imports Etsy but I ship personal packages from there regularly.  So easy.

Me too! I can't get my orders to load. I tried to reconnect my Etsy store to Stamps.com, it can't find my store?? I have used them for years. Maybe time to drop them and use Pirate ship. I shipped through Etsy today.

I used Stamps for about five years in & outside Etsy found Pirate Ship is cheaper and there is no fee.

Do like Stamps for International .... you may need to install the latest version of Stamps it will help short term, its on their end not yours.

Are we all sure this is a stamps issue and not an Etsy issue. I also use stamps for Ebay and my website and neither have had issues like this. I have also had issues with Etsy just recently with not sending me notifications when I get a sale or message from a buyer. They consistently blamed it on my Email and told me how to fix it and I did everything I was told and still had the issue. Not just me either as there is a thread on here with many others having the same issue. I hope Etsy is reading these threads and looking into what we are saying.

Considering I can't even find Etsy in the shop integrations inside the Stamps interface to reconnect my shop, I'm going with it's a Stamps issue.

I talked with stamps.com yesterday and was told it was an issue on Etsy's side.  I still can't connect to print labels.

Did stamps ask you if you had any stamps updates that needed to be installed?

No but I checked myself and it says there are no new updates.  Are you having the same issue?

Wondering if it is an Etsy side issue. Rollo lost connection Thursday and they let us know and fixed it yesterday. I just have been using Pirate Ship though as that seems to be the best way at this point.

Just got off the phone with stamps.com support.  Engineers are aware of the problem and working on a fix as of 11:00AM EDT.  My ticket is in the escalation queue so once a fix is published they will email me.  I will post any information from the solution here.
