I am having issues uploading pictures to my listing. When I click add photo for a new listing, there is not an option to add the photo. There is also not an error message.
@ThirstySKN: Are you having this problem using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
Hello. I am currently using my Mac, however I noticed I am due for a software update. I’m going to see if that helps. I’m using safari too, I may switch to google chrome.
